If needed, I can help with beta testing.
What is important to note is that the same controllers worked flawlessly on recalbox 7.x.
Let's just go back to the previous configuration.

RE: February 2019 Beta Version
hi, I have tried the February 2019 and the Christmas betas on a Raspberry Pi3b+ with a Samsung 32Gb Microsd and a 3A power supply.
When I try to set my wifi network in the settings menu I select my network, enter the password, click OK. As soon as I click ok the controls stop working just like if the system has freezed. My router is an old 2,4ghz Netgear with WPA2 protection.
Because of this I cannot save the network settings because the only way to fix this is to reboot but settings are not saved.
I tried with a different network, same issue. -
8bitdo SF30 Pro and M30 Cannot configure
Hi, I have 2 SF30 Pro on firmware 1.37 and 2 M30 on firmware 1.14.
Once the controllers are connected via bluetooth it is impossible to configure inputs.
I have read different threads saying that the problem is the firmware version but it is not the case with my controllers. Both firmware versions are not the latest, both are listed as supported in the Recalbox support page.
All 4 controllers on the same firmware used to work flawlessly on Recalbox 7.
Is there any way to edit manually the button assignment? The buttons work in the recalbox interface, they even work if I start a game. The problem is the button configuration, if I don't do that, I cannot assign a button exit the games.

RE: February 2019 Beta Version
I tried a fresh install,on my pi3b+,same issue with 8bitdo arcade stick,it randomly disconnects.
On the same hardware, same confguration, I have NO issues at all with Retropie latest stable version.
Therefore there must be something wrong in the way bluetooth drivers have been implemented in this beta.
