How to add custom menu items (like Streetfighter)
Hello, sorry if this is in wrong section. Ive seen videos with people using Recalbox and they have custom menu items, one i saw had STREETFIGHTER on the menu with about 10 different versions of SF.
Can anyone advise how you do this? do you just make a new folder in the roms folder for it to appear on the menu ? and if you place lots of different roms from different consoles in that folder, does Recalbox just auto recognise what emulator to run them on ?
Thank you for any help

Xin Mo arcade joystick and N64 games HELP PLEASE !!
Hello Recal community. I love this software and have built a bartop with Xin Mo arcade joysticks and buttons. I have joysticks and buttons mapped properly. Now I am trying to get the system working with N64. I did read in Git that i may have to mess about with a config file, but feel quite nervous about doing this, never done it before ! Would someone be able to kindly guide me ? If config files on Mupen need to be altered is there anyone out there that would consider doing this for me (email the config files or me to copy to my raspberry pi) and I will pay ?

XIN MO Arcade Controls Setup HELP!
Good afternoon, please go easy on me Im a newb and struggling a little with setting up Xin Mo arcade joysticks with recalbox. I started by following the instructions here - https://github.com/recalbox/recalbox-os/wiki/Xin-mo-(EN) but that didnt seem to work at all. So i followed the instructions here - http://www.ultracabs.com/usbpc.jpg - this was better and almost all the buttons / joysticks work fine. Some buttons like START and SELECT I still cannot get to work. Select on P2 acts like START for P1 Im not sure what I am doing wrong. Should I go back and try the suggested setup in github?? Please help !

RE: Wiring arcade controls to recalbox
Done some more research and have discovered that the joystick set i bought (ultracabs in UK) are Xin Mo controls. This page describes how they should be wired : https://github.com/recalbox/recalbox-os/wiki/Xin-mo-(EN)

Wiring arcade controls to recalbox
Hello everyone. Im building a bartop with Pi3 and the fab Recalbox I have an ipac 2 and have been trying to wire it to the Pi3. It uses a USB interface. I can map all the buttons and joysticks fine but when I launch a game, it wont recognise the button I mapped to START. I researched this forum and understand that ipac 2 is a keyboard and recalbox doesnt support it. So further reading I understand I can wire the buttons and joysticks directly to the Pi3. That is fine and I have found a diagram somewhere on this forum for wiring. However my question is this : With the kit that I bought (which included the ipac) the wire ends are crimped one end and the other have plastic covers over the pins that connect to the board. Some of these pins are in blocks of 4 ! So there are 4 wires molded together - but on the recalbox diagram I notice that UP and DOWN joystick have 2 pins in between meaning I cannot use the block of 4 connectors. What shall I do ? Can I modify the wires I have or should i buy some single connector wires?
