Entre temps j'ai trouvé une commande qui clone les disques
dd if=/dev/sda of=/dev/sdb

j'ai pas plus d'information (pas d'information sur la progression) mais ça tourne encore.
A voir si il y a un meilleur outil automatique avec une barre de progression ou une sauvegarde incrémentielle qui évite de tout recopier a chaque fois.
