      A reply to myself and for all user.
      Solution exists: in RECALBOX partition, replace file recalbox-user-config.txt by version you can find here:
      https://recalbox-public-assets.s3.fr-par.scw.cloud/recalbox-user-config.txt
      I did it and reboot. it works like a charm!

      If even on the Raspberry Pi OS you had graphic bugs, and, after all the tests that you did, knowing that with another RPi it worked ... I can only imagine that the problem is Hardware, unfortunately I can't suggest any more.
