Erratum : load and save states do work on mupen. It's just we don't have message in the bottom left corner when loading or saving state.
However, the menu does not open with HK+B.

Another pieces of information for ODROID GO SUPER :
Hi,
I tried to play a N64 game (Legend of Zelda : Ocarina of Time) but had some issue with the emulator.
For now I used libretro for other console emulation, however, libretro parallel n64 have some issues loading the game's menu (takes lot of time to load, a texture is bad) and Libretro mupen64plus_Next is very laggy.
The recommended emulator is Mupen64Plus GLide64MK2. However, the shortcuts ( https://wiki.recalbox.com/en/basic-usage/getting-started/special-commands/in-game ) doesn't seems to work.
Hotkey is supposed to be select (at least this is the hotkey for other console). Select+B does not open menu, and save state doesn't seem to work.
Have you any idea how to fix such issue ?
Thanks in advance.
Cordially,
Hi,
I came across some strange bug.
I run Recalbox on an ODROID GO SUPER. I get some good sound when I use my headset. However, I noticed that if I start the console without the headset, and then plug it after the console had started, the sound quality becomes really bad.
Has anyone encountered such strange behavior ?
Cordially,
@zing Thanks for your answer.
To be fair I would have expected to find this information on the page with the different hardware (this is where I was searching).
I may have found this page, but as we scroll, we see a list of option and don't expect to find such warning. So I didn't scroll all the way.
It seems that lot of information are on video. I have to confess that I generally don't look at video when searching for specific information (I'm a fast reader, so video seems slow to me xD). If I understand, next time I have an issue I should also look for video.
@zing Thanks for your answer.
When I was searching for a way to undo load state, I didn't looked at videos. I only found the wiki page about the shortcuts ( https://wiki.recalbox.com/en/basic-usage/getting-started/special-commands/in-game ), and some forum threads like in reddit with no solutions.
(and now this thread is top result in Google for this search xD).
I tried to search a little in the Wiki, is this information in the wiki ?
@zing Thanks for your answer.
The issue is that as a new user I was quite lost at the beginning, and had to play with the options without really knowing what I was doing, or even knowing if it was possible to get better sound.
Could be nice to have in the wiki some advice in this regard. For example I also disabled the "rewind" feature that I heard some users also had issue with it.
@recalboxfan1 Thanks for your answer, I'll test that in few weeks when I'll be back.
I'll likely post some update here.
Hi,
I accidentally loaded a save state instead of saving one (depending on the console/joystick Y is for saving or loading save state which is quite confusing).
This is quite troublesome as I lost all progress that I made.
Couldn't it be possible to add a confirmation pop-up to prevent such mistakes ? Or to save the current state in a dedicated slot before loading in order to be able to cancel a load state ?
Thanks in advance,

@recalboxfan1 Thanks for your answer.
I read that Moonlight worked "only" for STEAM and some other compatible games, will Sunshine work with any emulator that runs on the PC ?
Hi,
I noticed that I had really bad sound on several game on several console (I use recalbox 8 on an ODROID GO SUPER).
I disabled the option "run smooth game" and the sound greatly improved.
Is it a known issue ?
Cordially,
Hi,
I'm currently playing on an ODROID Go Super with Recalbox. However, ODROID Go Super doesn't have enough computation power to emulate some console (e.g. Nintendo GameCube, Nintendo DS, etc).
I wanted to launch the game and emulator on a Linux PC then stream it to the Recalbox on ODROID Go Super to play on it (over a local WiFi network).
I know there are a lot of software from remote access for Linux, but I'm not sure what client I should use for Recalbox, or how I could add an item in Recalbox game menu to launch such client.
Do you have any advice on this matter ?
Thanks in advance,
Cordially,
