Found a tricky solution to play Indiana Jones and the fate of Atlantis:

Using notepad, open the atlantis.scummvm file and add this line:

scumm:atlantis

And that's all! Enjoy playing.

@jorgemagana well, changing emulator from Libretro Scummvm to Scummvm allows to play Maniac, Sam or Monkey, but Indiana is still impossible to run.

Today I updated to 9.2.2. Grim Fandango now plays well, but impossible to start Indiana Jones, Maniac Mansion, Sam And Max and Monkey Island.

Has something changed to play these games?

Now in 9.2.1 version, every time I start a Mame or FBN game, receive this message, I've already configured the gamepad, works fine in every game.

The message is: Gamepad has not been configured

@poppadum yes, I don't know if this happens in other parts of the game.

@poppadum thanks, other common problem reported years ago, is that is impossible tu use the benefits of the screen resolution in res folder.

I suggest you, download an updated romset, but I can not write here the link I use. I think is the easiest way.

You need to update your romset, from 7.2 to 9.0 have elapsed a lot of changes.

@scavy Hello, is there any news about this sound issue? I have the same problem, sound crackles and makes annoying for play.
With Reicast, games like Marvel vs Capcom 2, Capcom vs SNK 2 and House of the dead 2 worked well, now they have the sound issue. I tried downloading other formats and redumped versions, same problem. Thanks. I have a pi 4.

@jorgemagana Thanks, the only problem is that games don't start, black screen and return to main menu.

With previous Recalbox version I spent hours and hours trying game by game selecting the best core for N64 games. Some of them only worked fine with Libretro Parallel_N64, but now them don't start.

I made a new fresh install for 8.1, no problem with bios reported (N64 doesn't need it), verified roms. No options were modified (textures, overclock, etc.), all of them with default settings.

I will make in these days a list of the games afected by this situation. Thanks.

Hello. Is there s problem with Libretro Parallel_N64 core? Now with 8.1 I can't run most of the games that I used with this core. Returns to main screen. With past version I didn't have this problem. I am using a rapsberry pi 4.
