My control panel/bartop/arcade cab
Thought I'd better post my RecalBox machine... Xin-Mo 2 player arcade controls from Ultracabs: First I made a test panel and hooked everything up, made sure it all worked: When I was happy with the layout I used a piece of laminated shelving to make the real control panel and Pi housing: Added an HDMI feedthrough socket, an IEC power connector and an on/off button made from a spare arcade button and mausberry circuit: Close up of the mausberry circuit. After problems running N64 games on RecalBox 4.0.0 beta 1 I added 2 extra buttons (L+R) for each player: Started making up the bartop that the control panel will slide in to: Vinyl wrapping: Next up I'm making a base to fit under the bartop so that it can be used as a full arcade cabinet, a bartop or the control panel removed and plugged in to any screen. I've also got some stickers being made up by a sign writer to give it some style. Check out my instagram for more pics and videos of the build.

RE: Rotate screen and negative overscan
Thanks digitalLumberjack, just what I needed Thought that search button was for wordpress, not this site specifically, d'oh! Edit: Is there a way to scale the emulationstation menu better for a vertical setup?

Rotate screen and negative overscan
Is it possible to rotate the screen to be more suitable for vertically mounted screens? Also I've used overscan in config.txt to stop my output running off the edge of my screen, but I now have a letterbox effect (about 24 pixels top and bottom of black bar). All my overscan settings are at "xxx_overscan=0" - can I set top_overscan=-24 (-24) or something similar? This forum really needs a search function

RE: [SOLVED] Installing Bios (how?and problems...)
I encountered the same problem of mstsoftware being out of date I use the tool from here: www.WinMD5.com instead. Just run the tool and point it at your BIOS file (SCPH1001.BIN) and make sure the code matches the code on the RecalBox wiki. - PLAYSTATION : 924e392ed05558ffdb115408c263dccf SCPH1001.BIN

RE: "Hold a button on your device"
I think I read somewhere that there was a bug on 4.0 when using two identical 8bitdo controllers - that they would share the same bluetooth name and overwrite each other(?) No idea where I read that though, and if I'm making it up I apologise! For my part my NES30 pro connects just fine and I didn't have to perform any configuration on 4.0, it just works.

RE: [Résolu][Tuto]Circuit Mausberry et recalbox
@air-sky-one No LED on mine, I have this circuit Mausberry Circuit - No Switch and I've connected an arcade button to act as the switch.

RE: [Résolu][Tuto]Circuit Mausberry et recalbox
@air-sky-one Works! Thank you (merci!) Had to change command "./setup.sh" to "bash setup.sh" Still receive "bad -o argument 'command'" but it works anyway

RE: N64 not working on recalbox4.0
Sounds like the same problem I was having, caused by not having an L1/R1 button configured - see here http://blog.recalbox.com/forums/topic/official-recalbox-4-0-0-beta-thread/page/8/

RE: Official recalbox 4.0.0 beta thread
@Subs No, a XinMo joystick (4 buttons + start + select). Exact same setup as I used on 3.3.0 and never had any problem there?? I'll try hooking up an extra couple of buttons and running the config, see if that works. EDIT: Success! Adding a couple of extra buttons for L1 and R1 allowed the games to start. Still had screen and core problems though so changed to DMT 9 HDMI, Mupen64plus with Gliden64 core and now everything seems to load - but seems to load a LOT slower than they do on 3.3.0 Thanks for getting me this far though!

RE: Official recalbox 4.0.0 beta thread
@Acris I've changed to .n64 and still none of them start. I'm testing 007 Goldeneye, Banjo-Kazooie, Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, Pilotwings 64 and Paper Mario. @rockaddicted Changing video mode didn't fix it. @Subs Here's recalbox.log http://pastebin.com/5iXCGp5z and es_log.txt http://pastebin.com/QZY8pARX - 409. lvl1: ...launch terminated with nonzero exit code 256! That looks like something...

RE: Official recalbox 4.0.0 beta thread
Ah, mine are in .z64 - worked great on 3.3.0 17!

RE: Official recalbox 4.0.0 beta thread
N64 games won't load for me. I've tried changing to mupen64plus and tried all the different core options but none of the games will load, just get a black screen then back to emulation station.
