@paradadf Thanks for responding! Yes, I did read that and that setting was already set to 1. I also update the pd3 toggle to off and the db9 to on. rebooted and I then was able to configure. Now my problem is that after I set each button, I highlight "ok" but nothing I click on the controller allows me to click it so it saves the settings.
