How do I stop ES to do that?

Is there a way to completely and permanently delete scrape information? I've deleted the gamelists and images folders, but the information is still showing on emulation station,

Hi, I set up my Recalbox this morning, and have just been trying to add all my bios and roms, but I can't work out how to do it, I don't have a USB wifi dongle for my Pi, so have been attempting to do it with an ethernet cable, but can't work out how. I've also tried putting the Micro SD into my computer (which would be my preferred method, to be honest), but can't access the partition to put the roms on, could someone please talk me through it?

Thanks, I've managed to get a romset for Mame, but can't find one anywhere for FBA Libretro, so might just have to stick with Mame for now,

Just setting up my Recalbox, and was wondering how I should go about configuring my arcade emulators, and which core people tend to use? Or is it better to find romsets that work with each core? Finding it a little overwhelming to begin with, ^^;;
