I am completely lost in regards to adding roms.

Hi, I set up my Recalbox this morning, and have just been trying to add all my bios and roms, but I can't work out how to do it, I don't have a USB wifi dongle for my Pi, so have been attempting to do it with an ethernet cable, but can't work out how. I've also tried putting the Micro SD into my computer (which would be my preferred method, to be honest), but can't access the partition to put the roms on, could someone please talk me through it?
