    • Controller Gpio issue

I just seem to always find myself in these road blocks.
Got my pandora box stick gpio to my rasperry pi , everything working perfectly, I decided i wanted to hook up some wires to the gpio to turn on the arcade stick with the switch the came with the pandora box, it also turns on the pandora box led lights to the controller, well big mistake cause it uses a 12v adapter and i placed in pins 5 and 6 connected to wires from the switch and now arcade stick is phantom button pushing and i cant ge the down on player one and player two to work and the stick jus moves up on the menu on its own. I dont even know where to go from here, did i fry my pi, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    • RE: Unplugging controller to get it to work in ES and retroarch

update, I spent so many hours prior to this post to try to figure it out. Im knowledge of run command and programming is very limited that i ended up trying something different and using the gpio pin from the rasperri pi and connected my arcade stick that way. I made sure to write down where everythings went jus incase it didnt work. I did the first player and got the arcade stick to work after enabling gpio in web manager. I still would love to know what is wrong but i assume at this point its to late create a support archive, thanks for the help to all.

there is one usb output for the dual arcade stick. 2 sticks one usb. recalbox recognizes them as 0-ps3/pc and 1-ps3/pc something like that

    • Unplugging controller to get it to work in ES and retroarch

Hello im really looking for some help I have scoured the internet trying to figure this out, I have a dual usb arcade stick I can get the controller to work but have to unplug the arcade stick and plug it back into the usb port when i enter the emulator/game and exiting into emulation station have to do the same and sometimes it doesnt even work. My ps4 controller is hooked up through usb as i have a pi 3 that does not have bluetooth, The ps4 works .
Any clue, what might be wrong. i have tried everything, except configure the Es_input which i dont know how to do .. i have used putty and F4 jus dont know the commands.

any help would be great i have tiredlessly tried configuring this for the last week. My arcade stick is recognized as two serperate controllers (ps3/PC) any help would be great.

    • controller issues please help

Im at a loss i am trying to setup a dual arcade stick usb , one that is like a pandora box arcade..recalbox recognizes it as two seperate controllers. when i go to play a game the controller no longer works so i need to turn off the pi and reboot and now it doesnt recognize the controller even though it shows it in the input the controllers menu. i then tried a pluged in usb ps4 controller because my pi doesnt have blutooth its a rasperri pi 3, ES recognizes it and does the same thing as the arcade stick but it will always work in ES regardless. sometimes if i unplug the controller in an emulator it works..other times i can get anything to work .

      any feed back please.

    • Recalbox, can I add roms to the sd card/usb .

Can I add roms to the sd card that has the boot files on it, so essentially only using one sd card or usb for both roms and boot for my rasperri pi 3?
