Add new Shadersets is possible?

Hi!
There are this available sets, scanlines/retro/none (/recalbox/share_init/system/configs/shadersets).
Is possible to add new custom Shadersets ??? how??
I try to put a new custom file.cfg, but the new shaderset doesn't appear in the EmulationStation menu "GAME SETTINGS".

Can you explain more, in what directory should the files go? With doubling the retro.cfg and changing it would ?
