Change Button Icons at bottom of screen

I'm building a bar top arcade, and I would like to replace the button icons at the bottom of the interface with custom icons. Would a theme be able to do this? If not, I'd be happy to hack and build emulation station myself.

@williamhatcher A theme will soon do it The theme is ready, we just need to update emulationstation by adding some development that should is over by now, but we're waiting to check for a first bugfix release (or not)
