I didn't even know this was a feature until I looked at the blog to see the changes in updates. The option to turn this on is nowhere in my settings.

Hello,
On Screen Keyboard feature is not in 4.0.2, it is implemented in 4.1.
Wenn ihre Frage beantwortet wurde:
Themen-Werkzeuge -> ask as question + Themen-Werkzeuge -> mark as Solved
