I have a problem, I have one raspberry pi3 and one sandisk micro sd ultra card 64gb. I copy the files to the sdcard 64 gb previously formatted in FAT32, with guiformat or fat32format I tried both. With Recalbox 4.0.1 I don't have problem installing but when I try to open system settings, the recalbox crash in one black screen. If I try to install other version as 4.0.0 or older, it is recognized and the installation starts, however, when it reaches 100%, the following error message appears: " recalbox rPI-3 error filesystems mounting ". My sd card is new, I tried to use him with Usb adapter and SD adapter and I still have the same problem. Someone could help me?

Your problem is your microsd. You need to format in FAT32 as PRIMARY or try an another.
You power supply must be 5V 2.5A minimum.

The problem is with Card size and power supply. Raspberry Pi 3 SD card maximum officially “compatible” SD card size is 32 GD. Above that the card formats to exFAT 32 which would require you to convert it to FAT32 through sdxc_formatting. Also, the power supply must be minimum 5V 2.5A.
