No Bluetooth with Dongle

Hi, iv´ve bought an Edimax EW-7811UN which should be officially comaptible with Reclabox but Bluetooth ist still not working. It says instantly "no controllers found". It makes no difference if the dongle is plugged in or not. What am i doing wrong?
