error mounting at startup

Hi, I have a problem ... the system was working, I connect to my computer to load new roms as allways did.
The start again and it freeze on boot in Recalbox (top left) message.
I open ttys and saw:
mount: mounting LABEL=RECALBOX on /new_root failed: No such file or directory
Waiting for the root device

What is happening ?
