Screencast not available in Kodi

Hello,

I've been trying to screencast to my smart tv and I can't get the feature to work because it's just not available.

I used to access this feature in both OSMC and OpenELEC by right clicking any media i wanted to screencast and selecting "Play to..." then I would select my smart tv which would appear in the next dropdown menu and the content would stream perfectly, so I know that it is compatible with both my Pi and my TV in other distros but currently I can't have dual booting of any kind, so I really need to somehow add this feature into Kodi within Recalbox. Could someone please help me?
