Connect External USB ports

Hey all I have recently bought a case to build into a console and I am having an issue connecting the USB ports on the front of the case. To my knowledge these attach to the motherboard of a PC, but obviously I can't do that with the PI. Does anyone know an alternative way I can make use of these ports? You can find on aliexpress some usb plugs that have a panel mount

Hey thanks for your help yet again. I have found this and was wondering if this oculd be used? I think I would need to find a 9 pin one though..
