Installing without keyboard or mouse

I'm trying to create my own default install image based on the 3.2.11 release. This is for my own ease of use and the fact I'm now on my third box I've configured for someone else. For me the following in the guide isn't working: "Edit the recovery.cmdline file and append silentinstall to the arguments list : runinstaller quiet vt.cur_default=1 elevator=deadline becomes runinstaller quiet vt.cur_default=1 elevator=deadline silentinstall" I still get the Noobs screen where I'm asked to install the OS, can I get it to skip this so it automatically goes to install?

Can't you just copy an sdcard with already fresh installed system?
