Kodi 17.1 Beta Released

Including Joypad Support now. Any chance of it working or having been tested and integrated with buildroot on the Odroid XU4 yet? I know it uses a much older Linux kernel than other boards so it might take a while. If you got an alpha you want tested, let me know and I'll test it for you!
