Updating Roms Without Going Through Network

If a person does not have a home network in order to connect to recalbox, is it possible to update the 'roms' sub-folder of emulator games by simply removing the memory card and inserting into a pc.

I can't seem to find the share/roms sub-folder to access the 44 sub-folders when the memory card is inserted directly into the pc
