Twinkle Star Sprites not working (NeoGeo & Mame)

Hello,
I just installed Recalbox to play one of my favorite games ever : Twinkle Star Sprites. Playable on NeoGeo or Mame.
Unfortunately it doesn't work at all. The game doesn't seem to boot at all on both systems.

I had the same problem with Mame on PC during an update, I've never been able to start it.
Do you know if I can fix this problem? As I saw this game on the supported list, I thought I had no problem.
