I can't clone my sd 64 GB with ApplePi-Baker Help Please!

Hi everybody,   I'm triying desperately to clone my 64 Gb sd. When I use ApplePi-Baker it says backup is complet, then I put another 64 Gb sd an start the restore from .img and at last when I start my Raspberry Pi3 I get only Recalbox fresh system without roms, themes or any else... Can anybody help me telling me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

I would think your software is only cloning one of the partitions and not all of them, especially not the one with the roms

Yes Voljega, I think so too but how to clone all the sd?

Try using this one: http://www.hddguru.com/software/HDD-Raw-Copy-Tool/ The only problem with this tool is that the new SD card needs to be at least exactly so big as the old one. Otherwise it doesn't finish copying everything and you get errors.
