Noob help with bios files for pi3 please

Can somebody please point me in the right direction to find the exact bios files i need for neogeo and fba..and pretty much any other bios i need that you think is an essential to run every system please. I have downloaded a neogeo bios and put it in the neogeo rom folder but this doesnt seem to be the correct one :(

j'ai même pas envie de répondre à une remarque de ce genre. Apprendre à chercher par toi même sur le forum , la réponse a été mainte fois indiqué ! Et non je ne ferai pas l'effort pour parler anglais pour ce genre de personne qui parle de cette façon.
