Recalbox RGB image jumps

Hi everyone!
I've bought a RGB Dual for my CRT, but image jumps also with 50hz jumper selected in the menu.
It doesn't jump just with very old game ( Atari 2600).
With 50hz jumper selected, also the menu will be at 50hz right? Why TV jumps?
