slow ps2 games

I have a MiniPC with a celeron quad core J4125 2.0@2.7Ghz IntelGraphics UHD 600, 8GB RAM DDR4 2133Mhz on a 240Gb SSD and only PS2 games are slow. I have doubts if the slowness is due to the hardware. I plug this miniPC into an FHD display.
