Snes roms Fx problem

Hello everyone, Stun rom Race Fx I have a problem is with flickers and can not play. All emulators have the same fault and there is one that does not recognize my joystick so unbootable rom . Any solution? I have 2 8bitdo buethoot controllers . Thank you.

thanks for answering , but I've tried other emulators and always flashes rom stun fx race , I tested with other roms and the difference between pal and Japanese is that blinking is faster in NTSC .
