Recalbox 8 freezes on my PC

Hi all

I am having issues with Recalbox 8. It runs very slow and often freezes when scrolling between the systems. Recalbox 7 worked fine.

I have a Windows 10 PC, Intel 3100f, 16gb, 1650gtx GPU.
