help with gamecon snes pi

I have a problem, I am building a pi snes. when activating the gamecon controls it works fine only for a few minutes then it starts to go crazy and finally stops working. I have tried it with version 7.2.2 and with 8 beta and the problem is the same, I already checked the solder and actually changed the raspberry pi (both pi4, one of 2gb and one of 8gb), will someone have the solution?

@scavy of course the model is SNS-005 American version
