Scrape isn't working properly
-
The built in scrape is really weird in the Recalbox 7.2.2.
I've been using Batocera for a long time, but they really messed up in the latest versions. Since I couldn't make it work properly, I came back to Recalbox but I'm failing hard to use Scrape. Scrape "everything" isn't finding A LOT of games... And the worst, I have no control, since scrape now is full auto.
My question is... where is the option to "change the input" to find the specific title? Is there a way to switch scrape to manual again? Current scrape is failing to find cover art from a lot of games, specially port games or openbor games, mostly because the filename doesn't match with the screenscraper entry.

@vinirockman You probably tested at a time when the screenscraper site wasn't working, if that's not Recalbox's fault and there's nothing you can do but wait and test at another time.
I recommend that you update your gamelists with external software such as Skraper or ARRM:

@zing Hi, thanks for the feedback, but, unfortunatelly, this isn't the problem. The problem is within the scrape function. Skraper is a mess and none of them was good as the old version of scrape that you guys used to have on Recalbox (the one which allows user to choose when titles are conflicted). I tried everything but I failed hard. Only batocera remains with scrape working properly. Is there any way to request a rollback on the scrape feature? Unfortunatelly the way this is now, scrape feature on Recalbox is useless.

Have you tried ARRM?
