Running Two Recalbox Instances On Pi4 At Same Time

Is it possible to run two instances of Recalbox on a Pi4 at the same time so that one instance can utilize one HDMI port and two USB ports (for controllers) and another recalbox instance can utilize the second HDMI port and the other two remaining USB ports for another set of controllers?
