Je n'ai pas de partition boot (ou plutôt, je ne la trouve pas).
Quand j'insère ma carte, j'ai trois partitions : Share, Recalbox (qui contient un dossier boot) et Overlay.
J'ai mis le fichier à la racine de la partition Recalbox, j'ai eu un freeze.
Aurais-je du le mettre dans le dossier boot ?

oui oui bien sur. J'ai eu des updates etc, d'ailleurs je vais retester maintenant, en ajoutant bien le recovery.bin (on ne sait jamais)
