Is this retroarch lobby the same lobby we should see from Recalbox?

Yes, this is the one we use.
For the cores, yes and no I explain

The only difference that we can have with players of other OS like Retroarch etc ...
Is that we may not be :

• the same version of Retroarch (even if we try to follow each maj of Recalbox)
• he same version of core
• the same roms

And obviously all of these elements must be validated to have a reliable context for playing between OS
