Low power message and losing of all data

Hi
I get a low power message on my Pi3b+ and it keeps rebooting.
then when it finally boots, the .conf is empty, all rom are erased and I cannot access settings.
Has anyone experienced such thing?

most likely your power supply is not powerfull enough, it should be 3A
