RecalBox on "Arcade1up" cabinets

Is anyone using RecalBox on an Arcade1up cabinet? I am having trouble getting it to display in the appropriate aspect ratio.

The Arcade1up horizontal version uses a 5/4, 1280x1024 screen,
and the vertical version uses a 4/5, 1024x1280 (of course).

Regarding playing on the horizontal Arcade1up…
In the Main Menu: Game Settings: Video Ratio:

• the AUTO setting doesn’t seem to work.

• the 16/9 setting seem to display the horizontal games properly, but stretches the vertical games.

Regarding playing on the vertical Arcade1up…

• in the Main Menu: Game Settings: Video Ratio:

• there does not seem to be settings for vertical aspects. Examples 9/16, 3:4, 4/5, etc.

• Am I missing it somewhere?

Also, is it possible to set a specific aspect ratio per game? I can do this in the RetroArch menu for MAME and FBA, which works for the current game session, but I think a global setting resets it everytime.

Did you try :

global.videomode=DMT 35 HDMI

In recalbox.conf ?

I have not tried that. That will set the system to "1280x1024@60"? I will give it a try tonight.

Is there an equivalent syntax for a vertical mode "1024x1280"?
