Retroarch changes are not saving for all roms

Hello, I made a fresh install of the Release Candidate versión, and I found a problem with Retroarch:

In MAME2003 for example, with previous beta version of Recalbox if I enabled skip warnings and disclaimers, that configuration remained for all the roms, but now not.

Same thing happens with PSX Retroarch configuration, if I enable, for example, the enhaced resolution, now this remains only for the rom where I actívate Retroarch pressing Hotkey+B, not for all roms.

Do you know if now I have to actívate something first to keep the changes for all roms, not one by one?

I am using a Rasp 3b+ and a USB key for roms. Thanks.
