RPI0 External usb sound card is not showing up in volume/sound output menu.

Alsa mixer audio usb

Seems like it's not even detecting it tried variety of commands such as: alsamixer (to check it) tried to edit the alsa (it got my recalbox broken and had to format my sd card and burn it again) also tried to "cat /proc/asound/cards" without success, on Windows (for sure) it worked and also played some music and stuff.
If theres else suggestions I will be more than happy to try them
