TR configured as hotkey

Hello. I've just built a new bartop with a recalbox Raspberry Pi 2+, connected every joystick and button as default mapped, tested and everything works just fine, except for 1 thing. TR1 is always set as HK1. If I press TR1+B menu pops up on, TR1+Select1 goes Back, and so on. I tried to remap via Menu setting any other button as HK but doesnt work, and real HK button does nothing. Anyone could please help with this? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Jose, did you tried to configure the controllers in the controllers settings menu ?

Hi there. Yep, and it didn't work. I remap every button until hotkey and mapping works fine. In hotkey I press the button connected to HK on GPIO and nothing happens. Checked wires and buttons and they are OK. Anyway if i press Select as HK doesn't work either, HK keeps bent to TR1. Don't know what else to do... Thanks.

Hello again. Did the test. Everything is fine on both GPIO controllers. Axis and buttons work fine and no shortcuts are present. Still failing

Are you on 3.2.11 and are you triyng only to play mame games ?
