I can not open the Retroarch menu in the last update

I downloaded the latest Recalbox update (18.07.13), but I can not open the Retroarch menu and use the other shortcut commands (Save / Load state, take screenshot, change filters, etc ...). I already changed the hotkey from select to L3 and nothing. The only function that works is to exit the game (Hotkey + start). And due to this error I can not enter the Retroarch menu.
Another strange thing is that I choose a filter through the system menu (eg scannlines or retro), but when I enter the game it does not work either.
My device is Raspberry Pi 3.
Note: It is not the plus model.
