Set custom ratio

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me. I want to set custom ratio for all emulators because only a small piece of the games is shown on my 5" hdmi tft. When I set it in retroarch it only save it the time I play the game when I close it it set it back. I'm sorry for my bad english. Thank you! johannes
