2 player keyboard error

Hi i create a 2 player controller from an old usb keyboard and its just partly working. I added it to xarcade2jstick and its work just the keymap is not the same. How can i remap the xarcade keymap? I dont want to resolder and rewiring the whole keymatrix. I hope to you understand my problem sorry for my bad english i dont speak it very well. Thanks.

@sziszee you can't remap xarcade2jstick, Which is based on the classic mame configuration

@substring Thanks for the fast reply. So no solution to my problem? There is no way to play 2 person in 1 keyboard?

The solution is that you have to configure different keys for the 2nd player and mapping this in retroarch.cfg

It's partly working but when i quit retroarch and load a game again the recalbox autoconfig always overwrite my cfg file. Anyway to disable autoconf or what should i do to save my retroarchcustom.cfg settings? Thanks.

@sziszee it's recalbox, not retropie, you must configure your joysticks in EmulationStation, not retroarch
