Graphics driver for AMD Sempron 3850?

I have a box with an AMD Sempron 3850 APU / Radeon R3 graphics, is it possible to add drivers for the APU/GPU for this CPU? Menu is very sluggish and slow so I expect that to be because of non-existing drivers for the graphics "card".

@anders-northbane give a new try once we upgrade kodi. This upgrade will also have updated gpu drivers
