How to remap gamepad in moonlight?

When I play with moonlight buttons x and y, and a and b are reversed. I tried to change gamecontrollerdb.txt but moonlight turns around my changes. What can I do?

@jor2404 I guess you messed up your pad configuration in ES, first of all. Second, it's been explained in the forum (search user nwildner talking about mapping problems on moonlight)
