Hi guys, I tried running the 32 bit X86 version on my old Acer laptop, an E1-571, Intel i3-3110M, INtel 4000 graphics, 4 GB DDR3.
It booted off of usb without a problem but a super high pitched Buzz was produced constantly in the menu screen. The Volume settings were set to 0 according to the menus. I couldn't shut it off.
Does anyone know what this could be due to and how to fix?
 Thanks in advance.

 I had the same problem with a Samsung Serie 3 NP300E5C-S04DE (Intel Core i3 2328M, 2, 2GHz, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, NVIDIA GT 620M 1GB) Notebook.
What i did was to press FN + Mute (F6 or F7, i do not know exactly anymore) to mute the Sound.
After booting was finished i set the sound to HDMI output (i connected the notebook via HDMI to an LCD-TV) and unmuted it by pressing FN + F6/F7 again and then the super high pitched whine was gone.
But the quality of the sound is not very well, it sounds overdriven.
