Acer T232HLABMJJZ 23" - Monitor with touchscreen

Hi!

Can I use Acer T232HLABMJJZ 23" built in touchscreen with recalbox?
It plugs in with USB cable.
In ubuntu, windows or mac it worked out of the box.

Should I install some driver?

@brian-connoly don't expect the touch part to work. You mention usb, but how does it get the video ? Vga ? Hdmi ?

@substring video and audio are passed via HDMI.
If it works with ubuntu, can I just install some package? (I nearly noob in that stuff)

On what distro is based recalbox? Or it just bare linux core with some manually installed utilites and software?

@brian-connoly you don't get it: it's not based on a distro, it is a distro/core buillded from scratch, that's why i's very light.

@brian-connoly the screen itself should work, not the touch part ! Anyway nothing supports touch in Recalbox

This all depends if scummvm supports touch or not on linux. I can only encourage you to try, i can't do it for you
