Unsolved 128 GB sd card issues

I have installed recalbox onto a 128 GB micro SD card for my RPi3. I have used etcher to flash the image but i have an issue where it isn't using all of the space on the card. There is over 100 GB of unused space. Any recommendations?

when recalbox is burned on SD witch etcher, the firmware is installed on 1 partition (60Mb)
your storage (for your Roms for ex) is on another partition (already created by etcher) only accessible by your local network

@vince99 I have tried expanding the partition with no success.
