Set Dreamcast Region?

Does anyone know how to set the Dreamcast region to NTSC / USA? It seems to default to Spanish / PAL, whether I choose a USA game or a Europe game. I'm thinking there may be some line to add/change in the Recalbox config file, but I'm not sure. Thanks to anyone who has advice on this!

call too : dc_flash_wb.bin or dc_flash(all).bin , need to rename in dc_flash.bin before update
