DualShock 4 doesn't work

Hi, i installed Recalbox v3.2.11 in my rpi2 but my ps4 controller doesn't recognize via usb, also my ps3 clone (shanwan) doesn't recognize via usb.   i tried also via bluetooth without success   anyway if doesn't work via usb, it's impossible via bluetooth   someone can help me?   thanks in advance

no one can help me ?   too strange but not works anyway, in openelec kodi 15 isengard last version i can see ps4 controller, i can connected it ( blue light on controller ) but doesn't work, maybe i can set up a file ( i don't know which files anyway... )
