vice 3.0 testrun under retropie 4.1 (c64dtv setting)

What the hell is going on with VICE?
Even on the PI3 it is so sloooooow.
The DTV-Feature is really great and it is working on "the other" distribution.
I am able to map nearly all keys from the DTV on the XBOX controller, thats fine, but softscrolling games are impossible.
It is possible to play games like BattleShips, Pitstop, Jumpman Jr, H.E.R.O., but no Uridium, Giana Sisters ...

Anyway the DTV-Feature is the way we should go, because all operations can be done with one config and one controller.
